“The beach house was a fantastic place to stay—clean, beautifully designed, and full of charm. I especially loved the Velux balcony, which added a special touch. The house was thoughtfully stocked with lots of little amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach right on the doorstep. Carol was a wonderful host, providing all the information we needed ahead of time. Highly recommended!”

“Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as……

“The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain.
