“Cozy but spacious home. We loved every moment of our stay. The house was clean and very organized. Our host was nice and answered any questions right away. He even messaged me on Saturday and let me know about a local restaurant and the special of the day including the price. Beautiful views, coffee in the morning on the back porch was so relaxing. Highly recommend this property. ”

“Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!”

“Our second stay in this house. Just wonderful. It was 3 couples and we had plenty of room in the house. Kitchen was perfect for making all our meals. Had 2 boats with us and the boathouse was great. Location is perfect. Lovely views. Quiet neighborhood. Host is great and always responds immediately. We will be booking again for next year soon!!”
