“The cabin was adequate. Relatively clean except for the windows which were disgustingly dirty and barely see thru.The trash clause is silly. Note that the dump site is closed on Wednesdays (best to check the hours beforehand). There were plenty of consumable supplies in the cabin (trash bags, toilet paper, cups, soap, etc.) and bedding.There's plenty of deck space and the sunset is awesome. As expected, the mosquitoes are ferocious. The location is remote so plan you food supply accordingly.”

“Everything about this house is awesome. Bedrooms and main area are spacious and comfy. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Neighborhood is very quiet. Plenty of room for parking cars and boat trailer. The covered pier was so convenient. Nicest, most attentive host we’ve had yet. Sitting on the back covered porch and seeing nothing but lake and trees was so relaxing. All in all is a great place to stay when visiting Toledo Bend.”

“The house has more then enough space for our group that went and easy access to lake and fishing we had weather come in while we were there so didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted but still enjoyed ourselves with a very relaxing getaway still”
