“Four longtime friends. We had a very relaxing fun time at your beautiful Negreet Treat. We will definitely be coming back. From the beautiful views to the beautifully decorated cabins to the huge back porch with the comfy lounging furniture. And those Eagles all around were awesome! ”

“Have stay here 3 times, good times. Lots of fish off the dock on yo-yo's.The 4 bedrooms was a plus. Only problem is that the maintenance has slip a bit just needs a little more attention. Over all it is a nice place to stay. ”

“The cabin was adequate. Relatively clean except for the windows which were disgustingly dirty and barely see thru.The trash clause is silly. Note that the dump site is closed on Wednesdays (best to check the hours beforehand). There were plenty of consumable supplies in the cabin (trash bags, toilet paper, cups, soap, etc.) and bedding.There's plenty of deck space and the sunset is awesome. As expected, the mosquitoes are ferocious. The location is remote so plan you food supply accordingly.”

“Everything about this house is awesome. Bedrooms and main area are spacious and comfy. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Neighborhood is very quiet. Plenty of room for parking cars and boat trailer. The covered pier was so convenient. Nicest, most attentive host we’ve had yet. Sitting on the back covered porch and seeing nothing but lake and trees was so relaxing. All in all is a great place to stay when visiting Toledo Bend.”

“The house has more then enough space for our group that went and easy access to lake and fishing we had weather come in while we were there so didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted but still enjoyed ourselves with a very relaxing getaway still”

The view from the porch is amazing! Wildlife is everywhere! The property is hidden in between wooded areas that help to isolate it and make it all the more beautiful! “The outside property has been neglected. It needs to be cleaned and repaired. We had to clean the chairs before we could sit in them. A lot of junk under the house and standing water which makes mosquitoes. Lots of room for improvement. The inside of the house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. ”

“the place was so clean, tons of different areas to hangout with the friend group. A lot of complimentary things to make the stay more enjoyable, like hot cocoa, coffee, the canoe by the lake and the pancake mix in the fridge!! We highly recommended staying here. the beds were extremely cozy and the rooms were spacious”
