“We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our two grown sons, wives, and two grandchildren. For a large group, this fits the bill perfectly. We loved the layout, the large patios (top and bottom), the view of the lake, the boat slips, and all of the space to move around in. The kitchen fit our needs (we didn't use the one on the bottom floor) and the house had everything we needed. The boat launch is just around the corner. The slope of the driveway was our only challenge. ……

“We are from the area and wanted a nice cabin to getaway for the weekend, this was perfect. We caught catfish around the clock. The perch weren’t biting just yet but we’re hoping to stay again soon. Cabin is directlyAcross from alligator hole. ”

“Grandparents, adult kids, and 3 granddaughters with 2 dogs, we had the most relaxing time!! Everything we needed was onsite plus more- lots of games, fishing worms, firewood, fully stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and a lot of time at the pier fishing- caught several. Plenty of room in the house, we had 7. My dogs loved the dog food/water area, toys, kennel, we didn’t even unpack everything we packed. Best time!!”

“Great place. The property is beautiful with lots of wildlife and the location is perfect. The convenience of the boat ramp being so close and the large shop for storage of boat/truck was great. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend staying at Longview farms!”

“We are a large family that grew up with a camp at Toledo Bend and decided to celebrate Christmas this year over New Years and recreate some childhood memories and make some new traditions. Our family includes 20 people, ranging from age 6 - 70. 14 of us actually slept at the house and there was plenty of room. The house was a PERFECT size and layout for our gathering. It was warm and cozy, very clean. The indoor wood burning fireplace added to the charm. Kitchen appliances appeared to be……

“For the money there are better options The lake front pictures shown are not accurate to property The house had items missing like propane tank for bbq pit, coffee pot didn’t work, and property management was notified with no response House is pretty dated But…. Overall it’s on the best side of the lake and we still had an amazing trip”
