“Love downtown Fort Myers! Location was great and the residents in the buildings were very friendly and welcoming. Regularly enjoyed the river view from the balcony and the pool and hot tub. James did a great job communicating throughout the entire process.”

We also enjoyed walking from the home to the river district and to Publix etc. Favorite part of the home was the quiet, relaxing tropical backyard. No matter the time of day, shad was abundant!”

“Everything we could possibly need was there! The kitchen had everything we could think of for cooking. More than enough towels, beach towels, bedding/blankets, pool floats, I was completely amazed at the attention to detail by Kelly and Robert. We spent most of our time outdoors - the TV outside was a special treat for March Madness Basketball games and the pool was the perfect spot for most of our days.
