“The room had a terrible smell and no ventilation option at all, not even in the bathroom. I give it a 9/10 anyways because otherwise it was great. Quiet comfortable rooms, clean, good service, good breakfast, very nice hotel! I hope that the renovation they do will fix the ventilation issue ”

“Fellow at the desk was awesome. I needed extra pillows (very important to me) and he accommodated. Room was simple but well kept and clean, mostly. As clean as my own home. TV (smallish) and fridge worked. I didnt try the microwave. Shower was a little smaller than I prefer (think phone booth) and the shower head was at my throat level (I am tall) but workable.
