“I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. ”

“First, when I left on my flight to Entebbe, I got a notice that the place I rented wasn't available and the other people couldn't go. I rented this place close to my son so he could easily travel to work and stay with us. Well, she had another place for us to stay. Ok, nice but not what I rented. It was further for my son. “The host was very nice. Always checking to see that all is well with me. Linens and towels were change frequently. Lots of channels available free on the cable. also, I felt very secure staying here. This place is a wonderful place to stay and feel at home, and the cost is quite reasonable.”

“Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall”
