“The staff tried to charge me again for staying there, It took ages to convince them, I was actually stay there with you, I arrived the day following due to flight delays not your fault, but I had informed you but hotel had no idea. I Thought room was very small it looked alot bigger on the photograph, the shower was poor. I was asked what time I would like breakfast I said 9.30am was that okay, yes. But it turned up just after 9 am on a try, no choice in the meal I was did I want spiced T or……

“Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.”

“Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall”
