“Most of the facilities and services were satisfactory, but the hotel lacked consideration for golf players regarding check-out times. Even if start playing golf at 7 am when the golf course opens, at least 4 hours of play time is needed and extra 1 hour for showering and check-out preparation, but I was asked to check out at 10 am, and even if late check-out was allowed, I was asked to check out by 11:30 am at the latest. I think this is because the hotel, (they say 'Golf Resort'), does not……

“Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort offers a serene escape with stunning views of Lake Victoria. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay. “Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.”

“Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall”
