“We had a great time! House was big enough to accommodate our group with 5 bedrooms and more places to sleep to spare! We couldn’t use their dock for our boat but we were able to rent a slip just down the road for $30 a day which wasn’t bad I thought. Stacey and Scott were very nice and responsive. I would definately recommend this house! ”

“My group of friends had an amazing weekend in Saratoga while staying at this property! Super close (under 20 minutes) to the Racetrack, downtown Saratoga, golf courses, and more fun. “I simply can not say enough about how wonderful our stay has been. So hard to explain how the integrity of the old school house has been restored while it also being updated, clean and new inside. The home was spotless and has every amenity you can imagine. The host, Connie is a dream to work with and has put so much love and attention to detail into this very special place. Our dog loved roaming the property and was tired out every night. We will definitely be back. ”

“Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! “Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. ”

“My wife and I had never been to Saratoga Springs and were looking for a nice place to stay while taking in the sights. This location was very close to everywhere we planned to visit. It was extremely clean and obviously well-maintained. We brought our 2 dogs and there was a nice fenced in back yard for them to play. I couldn't recommend it more highly and look forward to staying there again in the future. ”
