One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. ”
