“We arrived for a short trip and picked the location for the walkability of the area. 25 minute walk to the Casco Bay Ferry Lines. This gave us a fun afternoon to travel to Peaks Island to explore. We got to eat dinner at The Olive a tasty Lebanese restaurant on the way back to our place. Close to walking paths with great views. Be ready to climb to the third story in this walk up space. Well worth the climb!”

“Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing.”

“Our host was an excellent, prompt communicator. He even offered information about things to do in the area. He was very clear about expectations about our stay which at first was a little off-putting. Cooking no greasy food seemed a little much and had us wondering what was allowed. The property was well stocked and as described including the slanted floor. We weren’t aware at booking that parking was only on the street. That would have been nice to know. It’s a 20 minute walk to downtown which……

“We had a large group and had more than enough beds and plenty of space to hang out. Would recommend for a big group or a family looking to spread out!”

“Great layout, well-appointed and super walkable to Old Port, the great restos on Washington and the Eastern Promenade. Only downside was communication with Vacasa: they always answered but didn’t necessarily address the issue, ie I struggled with the electronic door lock, was leaving for the weekend, they said the owner would come address it but when I returned 3 days later it had been left unlocked all weekend. Unreliable WiFi & I work remotely. Several times had to work from cafes.beautifully……
