Compact washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of parking outside of the unit. Parking pass, and security gate key cards included. Beautiful property overall and located in the heart of Butler Beach. Lots of dining options. Very attentive and polite owner. ”

“This condo is wonderful! The location is great. The pool and the beach are just a few steps away! It was immaculate and had the best decor! If you need a well equipped kitchen? This is your place! We didn’t cook while there but I was so impressed with how well stocked it was. Every appliance you can think of was in the pantry: crock pot, air fryer, it had a k cup coffee pot on the counter but a full sized coffee pot brewer in the pantry just in case! My favorite thing was the view of the beach……

“Paradise Retreat! This place was exactly what we needed. The owners have thought of everything! From beach towels and boogie boards for the pool/beach to board games, movies and books for those rainy Florida days. The kitchen was well appointed and we were well stocked on such things like laundry and dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper (I’ve had to purchase additional items on my own in other rentals) The trek to the beach wasn’t too bad but if you take the public path indicated by……
