“Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). Other big downside is the main pool area, while nice, is completely shaded by the surrounding trees, so it’s not a pool to lounge in the sun. No……

“我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。”

“We went to Kokomo for our honeymoon, and it was awesome, they have degraded our room with flowers, also arranged a romantic table for us to dinner in the jetty. We booked one night only but at the end decided to stay one more night, all the staff were super polite, the villa with private swimming pool, the food was great, everything was great. We rent a boat from them to do snorkeling, besides the boat man, there had one more staff went to snorkel with us, the places they brought us was super……

“very amazing villa beatiful view! amazing infinity pool. friendly staff, furniture very nice in detail. BUT: if you build a 2 million amazing villa like that, why have the rooms NO air conditioner? and why is the wlan not working? (only text messages IF you are lucky) - wifi and ac are 2 thing to fix for 2-5 thousand dollars.. why dont u spend this money if you have SUCH an amazing villa?.. recommended and visiting again only if this 2 things are fixed. 1 day the water in the bathroom was not……

“Cadre très calme qui sort de l'ordinaire avec la chance de pouvoir cotoyer quelques "loups de mer" en escale. On se sent loin de tout avec un personnel toujours au petit soin. Il s'agit d'une destination qui correspond au fameux "pas de côté". Les chambres sont simples et il ne faut pas trop en attendre. Mais l'environnement reste malgré tout magique surtout au moment du coucher du soleil.”

“Advertised Free Breakfast on there website but charged to breakfast at end of our 2 nite stay , we reported this to hotels.com but not received any response. we dont recommend here very basic accommodation for the price ,will stay at bruges down the road in future .Same price but breakfast and nice pool and AC. ”

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”
