“While the property is good, food was terrible. Also, we left our AirPods at the hotel but when we got back they were not to be found. Most likely one of the staff took it. Overall a very average stay and the dishonesty cost us even more dearly. ”

“The surrounding area is very noisy in the morning started from 4am, you can expect all sorts of birds/Rosters etc to start their morning songs. The Room we stay, next room is under construction, so the workers come at 07ish and started to talk and do their work. If you want a good night sleep, this might not be the place. No warm water to shower (not even asking for hot water). I am sure I forgot my earrings there but the staff said there have nothing left behind. The breakfast is just……

“The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms looked clean but had bugs. We had 3 rooms and 2 of the 3 had bugs. The shower/toilet share the same area, so when you took a shower the toilet would get wet. Nothing new but when I closed the lid to the toilet, there were so many ants on the top of the lid. Our group found a few house spiders in each bathroom. They had soap/shampoo dispensers on the wall but each room had no soap. So basically no one refills them prior to guests……

“Unique experience at what is surely a unique resort. I wasn't sure what to expect at a resort which is catering to divers and yoga enthusiasts but I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the staff and owners of the resort were. We were very well looked after and the service was excellent. The owners of the property check in with the guests directly and are very open to feedback and suggestions as well as provide tips and suggestions for tourists while on Penida island. “Such a beautiful place to stay in Nusa Penida. Really nice food nearby at Sea Tara and really easy to get taxis to other restaurants as well. Ramesh was an amazing host and helped us arrange bikes and taught us how to ride them. Would really recommend. ”

“Thus ia a nice little hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. About a 1 km walk to the Sampalan ferry terminal, and hotel staff will arrange motorbike rentals or taxis as needed. If it were my property, I would include juice and/or a small fruit plate with breakfast options, rather than having it as an add-on if coffee/tea is selected.”
