“Generally really good, only the location is not really convenient for going out since it’s far from most of places”

“Loved the Japanese theme. Onsen was relaxing as well as the deep soaking tub. Only complaint is the fancy toilet was noisy during the night. Also the tub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, there were hairs in there. Otherwise it’s a lovely hotel and my family enjoyed it. ”

“We had a very enjoyable stay here. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and small living room and kitchen. It was just the right size for our family of 5. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, hotel employees were kind and friendly. It's located in a commercial / industrial area, so the view is not nice, but other than that (and some issues with wi-fi streaming in the evenings), it was perfect for us. ”

“Nice and quiet - well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, nice variety and amount of pillows, and cozy top blanket, (not the thin sheet offered at other hotels). The wifi speed was also great. I had a great stay and would stay here again. ”
