“We have our own vacation rentals so I know the challenges. I would suggest a single serve coffee maker. Easy to care for provides far better coffee and options for coffee flavors in the “pods”. Instant coffee is just not good… Great place. Loved the steamer! Thanks for the snacks!”

“Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. ”

“The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it.”

The amenities and service is great: breakfast delivered to the cottage each morning along with an afternoon snack, bikes to bike into downtown Kennebunkport, paddle boards and kayaks to go out on the water, a fire pit to relax at night, patio chairs for each cabin to enjoy your coffee in the morning. “We loved our 2 week stay at the Grey Goose! The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The beach amenities were great! Plenty of chairs. The umbrellas were in great condition. Our kids enjoyed using the buckets and shovels to make sand castles. Lots of beach towels provided too! We also enjoyed using the corn hole set and boogie boards. We made s’mores in the fire pit and used the hot tub almost every night. In my opinion, you cannot beat this location. We……
