“They do not provide linens and that was not communicated to me prior to arrival. The stairwells are poorly lighted. The unit was clean and the manager was courteous. ”

“The apartment itself is clean. Both bathrooms are small, minimal. The towels in the bathrooms are worn/cheap and smelt bad. We had to wash them before using. (That's why I gave the 3 star cleanliness rating.) The mattresses and pillows in all 3 rooms are low-end and hard. The mattress my fiancé and I slept on was sloped to the middle. All floors in the unit are off kilter. On a happier note, there is a view of the bay from the front porch. I'll look for somewhere else to stay when we return.”
