The listing is accurate, it's an older home, small in size but it was fine for our needs and the air conditioning worked very well over the hot week we had. Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. The spa had chicken poo floating through it and getting swirled all around us. The water was also green. But they have assured us they checked the water conditions and it was ok.
