“You need to pick up keys from Burleigh Letting Co - so if coming from airport it’s an additional 30 min round trip to get back to the property. We arrived late from flight and just wanted to have a shower and go to bed. When we finally got back after collecting keys we found there was NO sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Also realised there was no towels, soap, no toilet paper. We couldn’t shower without towels and had to sleep on a scratchy mattress protector and bare pillows. After……
