“Kylie and Brendan, the managers, couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Their responses were always quick and accurate. The resort is close to two shopping centres and has many options for dinner, coffee or walk along the beach or walkway. The room were large and tastefully decorated. Love our stay even though there was a bit of building noise next door. But building everywhere on Gold Coast! Thank you Kylie and Brendan ”

“The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved: 1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. "The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that."
