“From check in to check out such a seamless process. Don't let the brick veneer fool you as it was well kept, homely and warm. It was a perfect place to share as a group with two separate living areas, a well stocked kitchen, good warm bedding and The place was super clean with all the add-ons including board games, ping pong table, pantry items and firewood. We would definitely come back and would work for a large group and still be very comfortable.Thanks for having us!”

"The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that."
