Be aware that the stairs leading to the 2nd floor are very steep and you do have to watch your head going up and coming down due to a bulkhead. The floors are uneven on the main level, it's not a huge deal, but I have MS and had issues with balance. Having a washer and dryer was convenient. Everything worked well.
