“We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless upon arrival and had a beautiful modern coastal aesthetic. The kitchen and bathrooms have a fresh, updated feel. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax, the large spacious deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening chats. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the home was with beach gear and how easy the boardwalk access was to the beach, just a short walk away. We did run into a minor issue……

“The key box was rusted so we couldn't get the key, but the front door was unlocked. There were ants on the floor so we swept immediately, didn't see anything after that so it must have been just an odd thing. Floors not clean, bathrooms not clean (urine on the outside/bottom of toilet, hair on counter, dirty tweezers in drawer), dusty everywhere (window sills, fans, etc.), the windows had not been cleaned. “We loved staying at this property. It's secluded enough to feel private, but close enough to the beach and other houses to feel like we were part of a community. The kitchen was great and we loooved the high ceilings and great light. Great porches and balconies. “Cute, and very quiet home in a more private neighborhood away from the busy. Would definitely stay again! The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and it was nice not staying near all the nightlife with children. Pet friendly option was amazing because I didn't have a dog sitter. Very clean!”

“Was absolutely everything the house was saud to be. Husband and i took our daughter and her husband and their 2 sons our grandsons now 30 and 27 Stayed here when they were very little boys and rented a beach house and the older grandson has a few memories of it. “This property is above and beyond what we could have imagined! Short walk straight to the ocean. Less than 100 yards. So private and such respectful neighbors.
