“We decided to go away for Thanksgiving this year and found this cute cottage. It was perfect!! We had plenty of space to be together, yet still have our own space when needed. We were the perfect distance to the beautiful beaches. It was quiet and relaxing and just what my family needed this year to have a relaxing and restful break from reality. Thank you to the boys for sharing their cottage! ”

“This property has a fantastic covered porch overlooking the beach. The walk from the porch to the water is less than 30 seconds. The house was cute and cozy. I would stay here again. ”

“This property was exactly as described. It was such a perfect set up with bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 living spaces, kitchen and beach access. We had 12 of us parents, kids, and grandparents. We could not have found a more perfect home to accommodate all of us so perfecrly. The owner was so great in allowing us to come in a day early as our hotel got messed up and the property was available. He was wonderful to work with.”

“Awesome location just one lot away from the beach. Very clean and nice. Not many amenities around but the house is laid out so well, you do not really need them. The house is equipped with everything that you need and is fantastic for a large group. It is a very quiet and serene location. .. just perfect for the family. Loved it and will stay again!”

“The bad: Looks like no one wants to spend a dime on it. I think it's for sale. Bunk beds-broken & half fixed before that. Internet not working. Stained furniture covers, front door has to be slammed to close, bathroom door won't close without putting all your weight to it. Pads for indoor wicker chairs gross & uncomfortable. Paint is stained & marked up . Yellowed posters from mid90s falling out of frames & look like they have not been dusted since then. Holes in the walls where there were……

“We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. We were walking distance (but drove. few times when there was parking available) from a private beach entrance where we watched the fireworks show from the beach club up close. Home was clean and exactly as expected. It was perfect!”
