Plenty of room for all 12 - kitchen was supplied with everything we could think of for cooking when we needed to - easy check-in- house is located close to beach so easy walk for the little ones- pool easily accessible if needed -large deck for relaxing early morning or after long beach day! We were very pleased with this house and plan to return! ”
