“This property is very beautiful, the pool is really nice and the villas are excellent and the view will take your breath away. The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. The owner lives on site, he is a friendly man but there is no reception and check in information was sent to me the day I arrived and had no internet connection. “Nice little house with a pool. Clean house with everything that you need. Not too far from the center of Santa Teresa with several restaurants close by and a supermarket. We had a nice time there. ”

“Amazing views and the terrace with the jacuzzi is absolutely worth it. Daily cleaning with fresh towels, coffee/tea refills, and everything left spotless. The bed was super big and very comfortable. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both via WhatsApp and in person. The road is steep but manageable with an SUV (no 4x4 needed), and walking takes just 7–10 minutes. We loved that it’s away from the busy center—much more peaceful……

“We had the most incredible stay. The property is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. The service was wonderful. The front desk staff were so kind and happy to accommodate any request we had. Highly recommend this hotel. The location was incredible because it was close enough to Santa Teresa but far enough that you weren’t in the middle of the scene in ST. Truly an amazing experience.”

“It was a great place, just be mindful the beach is a 4x4 or four wheeler drive away and a bit hard to find but the people are very helpful and send you videos and are available for anything to help you and send pins ect so you can go to different places. Very peaceful vibes ”
