The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the screen room is perfect for coffee in the morning, the fishing (off the shore) is fantastic, the boats are plenty and the memories we make here are priceless! “Beautiful property and it was just what we needed to relax with the family for the weekend. The view of the lake was amazing! I just wish there was another ac unit in the 2nd bedroom it was hot and humid at night. But we stuck it out. I had no idea there was no soaps in the bathroom we made a trip to the small stores locally. But it had everything we needed for the amount of time. We left some wood for the next guest to enjoy as there was none there. ”

“We’ve stayed at a variety of places in the Adirondacks, and this was one of our favorites. Spacious, well appointed house, plenty of watercraft to keep our boys busy, a spectacular view from the covered front porch, and dog friendly, which we really appreciate. Jonathan took us out on the boat twice during the week. Considering that renting a boat for just half a day at the closest marina 350 or more, this is an incredible deal and benefit to staying at this location. We grilled and ate outside……

“Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes!
