“订的海景房，到了并没有给海景房，飞了一夜也懒得争辩了。已经入住，订的两卧只有三间卧室的房型了，服务人员交代别去第三间，我们认可后几分钟，在已经入住的情况下没有敲门直接进来一个服务员在第三间房上挂了禁入的牌子。感觉不被尊重。”

“很棒的沙灘，住宿期間很享受那裏的浮潛，有各式各樣的魚跟美麗的珊瑚～有驚人的餵魚秀跟觀星行程～環島都是美麗的景緻～”

“酒店地处风景区，步行前往沙滩只需6分钟，周边超市，餐饮都有，生活便捷，同时房型很大，每个房间都有独立的洗手间和淋浴设施，即使是2户人家一起同住，也完全没有问题。酒店的4个泳池，满足了小朋友所有的需求。唯一的遗憾是前往大堡礁、丛林景点会远，在网上订购门票时，需要支付额外的接送费用。不过这并不会影响我对酒店的满意度。”

“The Oasis at Palm Cove was a perfect choice for a relaxing tropical getaway from rainy and cold period in Sydney. The apartments are spacious, pristine and fitted out with all that you might need, kitchen with cooking utensils and dining plates including dishwasher, microwave. We also appreciated the washing machine and dryer, iron & ironing board. The pools are large enough for a decent swim and the whirlpool was very pleasant. “入住當天,發現和HOTEL.COM預訂房型相片不一樣!身在澳洲都不知道怎樣和HOTEL.COM溝通已經算了..缺點:房間和厠所十分多螞蟻,冷氣空調不凍和滴水,地板不清潔,沖涼時候花曬水力不夠,WIFI 慢得可憐,離凱恩斯市中心比較遠大約35分鐘車程 優點:有一個無敵海景露台和附近安靜什麼都沒有”
