“This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets. “We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!”
