The inside of the property was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and more. Having access and being able to use the garage was a huge plus as most of the other rentals in the areas don’t let you use the garage, so we really appreciated that bonus. “This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets. “Loved the house! Everyone had a nice time! We rented jet skis for the day and was able to dock them down below. Only suggestion if you are looking to enjoy the upper deck or pool area, bring citronella candles to ward off the army of flying bugs. Other than that, you will enjoy your stay with plenty of ro for everyone. Will definitely visit again. ”
