“The set-up is no-frills and nice: 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 with bunks and 2 bathrooms. It's a good option for families. The house was clean, well-appointed and as-advertised. It's the back house though, so don't expect a stand-alone house/property. The owner was communicative. We had a good experience overall!”

“I had wanted to explore the LA vicinity and this property was perfectly placed between malibu, santa monica, calabasas, and burbank, with a 40 minute commute to LA.That being said, the property itself is outlined by the topanga mountain ridge and the hot tub views are breathtaking at dusk, the trails are also so close and to die for!Also this place is very budget friendly for California, i saved over 1000!If anyone is curious this is a 420 friendly property and the vibes definitely soothe the……

“This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value.”

“The rental was 30 minutes from almost all of our planned excursions, and very close to the Santa Monica Pier and Montana Avenue eateries. Natalie greeted me and my 11 year old child on arrival, settling us in to the very clean and quiet guest house. We used both the king bed and the twin pullout couch bed, and both were comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend making this your LA home base.”

“Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. “First, let me say that Josh and Madison are the best co-hosts I have ever interacted with. During my stay, I had many (self-inflicted) issues, and they were always available to assist me. Kudos to you both!This property is a little hidden gem. It is impeccably decorated, well-appointed, and as comfortable as my home. It was surprisingly spacious and stocked with everything I needed.
