“It was a cozy & wonderful stay. Ada was amazing on communicating with us anything we needed. This spot is literally steps away from Venice beach and touching Ocean Front Walk. Place was clean, and we had no issues entering and parking is 1 block down, a short walk.”

“The location was great because it is a 15 min walk to downtown Culver City and a block from a nice park. It is generally quiet and the fan can block out sounds of the street if you are a light sleeper. Parking in the back and was a little tight but if everyone parks in the middle of their spot it works fine. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive. We would stay here agin when visiting LA. ”

“This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in LA for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It seems like the unit was newly constructed or renovated. Everything was perfectly clean - I felt like we were the first renters. Check in was easy and we were able to park two cars on the street each night. The location was on a nice street with easy access to several fast food restaurants close by. We were able to get to and from downtown in 15-20 minutes. Check out requirements……

“Overall, a wonderful experience. Great location and proximity to the harbor. Having a parking space was key! Though the pic shows the pool, I never saw it. I guess that's dependent upon the unit that is available at check-in. Suggestions to the owner:1. replace the 1" plastic mini-blinds which were in bad condition2. provide cleaning products for guests to use while there3. put placemats on glass dining table to prevent possible damage4. provide more towels/washcloths. “This listing is completely misleading!! After booking, I was given two different addresses. One to meet at a random parking lot and another for the actual unit, which was nearly 30 minutes away from the advertised location. (I didn’t notice the switcharoo until I had Ubered 40 min to the original location I booked!!) After traveling all day it was too late to find another place. I text the owner and was eventually ignored!! Part of the outrageous check in instructions said not to let the condo……
