“Overall the place was okay at 400 a night. Most places I've been to have a binder or laminated paper with all the necessary info, this place did not. The couch was covered in sand. We were cold the 1st night and could not figure out the heater, we asked for info, and received a reply which didn't help, when I emailed again we were not answered til the next morning. There wasn't a packet of salt, pepper or sugar in the cabinets, although we were told there was. No ice trays, or labeling on the……

“The location of the apartment was good for our trip purpose making it quick to get there to/from LAX. The apartment layout was great, although the living room furniture for 4 adults was not very comfortable. The check in/out process was not at all easy or convenient.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Manhattan Beach. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The condo was stocked fairly well and had most of what we needed for our stay.A few things to note for future guests — the condo sleeps four, but there were only three towels provided. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but the housekeeper was still there until about 4:30 PM, and the dishwasher had not been run, with dirty dishes still……

“We came as an adult family group and the apartment was just perfect for that. Our stay was great. Plenty of room for everyone and the home was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood has everything you need within an easy walk. The beach and pier are a few blocks away. The businesses are very pet friendly and all of the business operators were outgoing and welcoming. Every restaurant we tried was good and there was something for everyone, even with our wide variety of dietary preferences.……

“DO NOT STAY HERE. We’ve tried to get a refund for this reservation, both from the host and VRBO. The host has been unresponsive, and VRBO has not been able to help us. Basically, this unit is a broken down, very old building. Pieces were missing from the windows, so air could flow right in. We saw a roach on the stairs. There was hair on the ground and stains on the chairs. The furniture seemed extremely cheap. We took one look at the place, then got right back in the car and left and got a……
