“Great place to stay for a large group. There were eight of us and plenty of room for us to spread out across the three floors and 4 bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was really the absolute best! “I just wanted to find a quick place for my husband to spend the night or before he went on his first trip out of town away from me in seven years. We only live in Orange County, but didn’t feel like staying in the crazy priced hotels in LA my husband was worried about hearing planes, but we honestly didn’t hurt anything easy and safe access to our quiet space. Thank you again. We will be back. ”

“Check in was easy. Every room was clean. Large garage for parking. Bedrooms on every floor offers separation for guests. The house looks just like the pictures. 2 balconies, 1 in the living room and one in the top level master bedroom. Small outdoor seating would be nice. FYI: The other resident in the complex does not close the driveway gate. They leave it open. ”

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
