“This place is in a great location and plenty big enough for a family to stay. Pretty central to everything including Griffith Park and Universal Studios. Also super close to Downtown and Little Tokyo which the kids loved. Garage parking was super convenient and the owner was reachable and friendly. Check in and check out were a breeze!”

“This property has a lot of character and was the perfect size for 3 adults. The check in process was simple and we appreciated that when the property was ready we received notification inviting us to check in early. I had a few questions and received very quick responses. The neighborhood was ok. Lots of bars on windows gives it a certain vibe. And it was kind of noisy on some nights. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.”

“The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Because there are outdoor rooms, there were some bugs in the rooms, but no spiders, just like little bugs. We immediately enjoyed some ping pong and mini golf, my 3 year old niece had so much fun before we even got to the park. The house is so close to Universal Studios, it is a perfect place to stay when going there. Our only trouble this stay was one of the rooms had a keypad lock that we couldn't get open. “Well we couldn’t check in early but they let us bring our bags the cleaner let us in. When we got in there was no paper towels and there was about one towel and wash cloth per room there a couple rooms had 2 towels, for 8 adults but I messaged them they responded fast within like an hour and a half to two hours they had a target deliver with everything we needed including the iron and ironing board we asked for the won me over with that. the house is kind of in the hood I guess because it was……

“Great place for a group of friends or family coming out to USC for a game. Clean and well appointed. Had a couple glitches with showers not working but Leon and his team were very responsive and fixed everything quickly. Would certainly recommend this place to others! ”

“We stayed 6 nights at this ideally located home. It's just 1.5 blocks from Hollywood Blvd with a CVS & Target (w/ Starbucks) right there on the corner. And all the Hollywood Blvd tourist attractions (i.e. Dolby Theatre, Chinese Theatre, etc) are a short walk away. At night you do need to be careful walking alone due to the large nbr of homeless people, but during the daylight hrs it's totally fine!Despite all the LA traffic, we did manage to go to Burbank, Universal City, Valencia (Six Flags),……

“Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature. ”

“Looks exactly as the photos, very spacious and in an easy, low key area. Parking was always easy as well, never had to park too far. Huge yard and communal areas. Close to Studio City, WeHo. Would stay again!”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
