“The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options.”

“Nice separate room self contained on a secure property. Worked out perfect with easy access to the freeway and any food or shopping within 5 minutes distance. The property host is on site, very nice, and answers any questions at a moments notice. It's also very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others. Much better deal than a local hotel.”

“My college-age son and I loved our stay here. The location is amazing, the apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and Barbara and Stephen were wonderful. They gave us recommendations for local and current activities that ended up being the highlights of our trip. The tiki pad will forever be my first-choice place to stay in LA!”

“We had a great stay here! The house is very clean, has everything you need for a visit, and it feels very safe with the locks they have on the outside gate and the home. It’s in a busy, centrally located area, but the street itself is quiet and has plenty of free parking, which was really nice. I came for a work trip and had my two little ones and it was a perfect location for us. They have a pack and play crib too, which was helpful! We enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend! ”

“This quaint efficiency is perfect for a couple that wants to get away. Though it is an efficiency - there is definitely a lot of space as far as closet and the bathroom goes. The space has a cute little patio and it is very private and secure. It is minutes away from the airport and we enjoyed the beautiful neighborhoods as we took walks everyday. We will definitely book again.”

“Well we couldn’t check in early but they let us bring our bags the cleaner let us in. When we got in there was no paper towels and there was about one towel and wash cloth per room there a couple rooms had 2 towels, for 8 adults but I messaged them they responded fast within like an hour and a half to two hours they had a target deliver with everything we needed including the iron and ironing board we asked for the won me over with that. the house is kind of in the hood I guess because it was……

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
