“Our host was so friendly, let us in early using remote check-in process. We were free to come and go as we pleased and felt safe leaving our belongings. Had basic toiletries available and A/C unit was configurable. Internet and Roku TV were great for some late night entertainment. “This was our first staying using Vrbo & we were very happy with the choice we made of staying at this home. Communication with home owner was wonderful, check in was easy, home was inviting & spacious. Location to Universal Studios & Hollywood was great. Waking up with the view of the backyard pool was like being at our own resort. Would highly recommend to others & would return if we came back to California. ”

“This property is very nice and seems to be in a nice neighborhood. The only challenge was checkin. The host required multiple proofs of ID before sending a checkin code after we were already at the property and after already going through additional steps of completing a host-requested additional form to validate the VRBO ID process, which we had done days in advance. We waited for over an hour outside the property for a reply to our code requests and then, once we received a reply, we still had……

“We were a small group of teachers who needed a place to stay for one night for a 2 day conference in the area. Place was amazing and everyone got their own bed. When turning onto the road the house comes up quick so keep your eyes open :-) Driveway fit all 4 of our cars and the nice big round table let us have a fun game of uno.”

“We booked the home for our 11 year-old twins to have a sleepover with 5 of their best friends. The home was exactly like the photos. All the rooms had smart TV’s which is so great for kids that want to watch movies. Everything was easy to use. The owner was responsive and accommodating in the days leading up to our evening.”

“First of all, Larry was super thorough as far as letting us know the details to get us started, ie, key codes, location, etc. When we got there, our impression was that it looked like a small charming village. When we stepped into the unit, we were even more delighted as it was super clean with all the amenities that we needed to spend a week there. Absolutely loved our stay. ”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
