“We arrived early and they were able to accommodate. The property and area are still recovering from the hurricanes (units being remodeled, landscaping still recovering, many business closed). The unit we stayed in was in excellent condition. Beautiful view of the intercostal and short walk to cross-walk to the beach. Highly recommend. ”

“Our gulf view room had a full unobstructed view of the ocean and pool. The staff was great at communicating some issues with the non functioning elevators. The staff were all very friendly. awe The area in general was significantly damaged in 2024 by Helene & Milton. Although there were still some repairs occurring, the staff have done an amazing job at restoring the beauty to the property. “Very quiet and enjoyable”

“Overall accurate listing and no major complaints. Small notes, prior guests must not have washed dishes thoroughly and room had some dust/sand. Towels cannot be swapped by front desk but paid laundry is available. Convenient beach access with rinse station.”

“The Fold was a very nice boutique hotel nestled between the mangroves right on Gulf Blvd. Our one bedroom was very clean and well maintained. The distance to the beach was a short walk across the street. It was quiet with little noise from the road or neighboring rooms. The staff were very friendly. ”

“Really enjoyed the condo, beautiful view facing the Gulf, condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed, quiet better than expected. A 17 day stay there was awesome. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable too.”

“Beautiful property, nice pool, very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Walk to the beach is a bit of a haul, but the views are great. Lots of great restaurants walkable. Internet was great and I was able to work from the balcony even with streaming video. Had my family with me and we all had a great time. We will be back.”

“The beach view was great! We really enjoyed the history of this cottage! Our teen boys also enjoyed learning of the history of the beaches they once called home. The parking was a little confusing but we expected that. Thank you Bob for allowing us to have an early check in we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Highly recommend and we will use this in the future!”

“We stayed here for a few days prior to our cruise as a family of 6 adults and 1 child. The home was perfect for our group—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great way to relax before setting sail. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was convenient. We'd definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!”
