“This is our 2nd stay at the Avalon and we would highly recommend it for families. The condos are spacious and have all of the amenities you would ever need. Great location on the beach and a short walk to all of the bars/restaurants, pier 60 and more attractions. ”

“We were fortunate to have the “penthouse” location, which was a funny title. We were the only unit on the second floor and had lots of windows. That made the unit very bright and cheery. Honestly, it was nothing fancy, but met all of our needs. Additionally, it was wonderful that lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were provided. I would stay there again.”

“Great hotel / condos however haul to the beach w chairs and umbrellas did not stay. Had to go pay 25 cash per day to rent chairs and reliable umbrella . Condo unit not knew like listed . All baseboards had peeling paint . Dryer did not work . Staff was great !”

“The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. We loved going to John's Pass Village (1/2 mile down the road) for dinner almost every night. We saw multiple dolphins while eating outside on the boardwalk at Sculley's. We would definitely stay here again.”

“View of ocean was amazing. We saw dolphins every morning and a manatee one morning from our balcony. The only downfall is there were no chairs, umbrellas or towels for the beach. But overall was a great place!”

“Angie and this property were so wonderful for our girls trip! Angie made check-in super easy, shared some great recommendations and provided very clear instructions for check-in, parking, and check-out. Inside, everything was super clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Our favorite spot was the balcony for morning coffee, evening cocktails and late night chats. The proximity to the beach is UNMATCHED. We loved being able to walk only 2 minutes to the beach and having all the beach……
