“It was everything she said it would be. The room was nice, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the cooler and chairs that are available. We saw but did not take advantage of the bikes. There were quite a few so maybe next time we will try a bike out and ride to town. It is so close to downtown Dunedin. It was very quiet we had no issues with noise. ”

“The property location is phenomenal. Views of the sunset are breathtaking. My only complaints are the age and condition of the furniture and the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. The floors were sandy and dirty. Other than that our vacation was wonderful.”
