“This location was just perfect in every way. The condo is spacious, well appointed with every thing you could possible need. Very impressed. The owner was so kind to us from booking to check out. The balcony overlooking the sea is a delight. Comfortable furniture and beds, fully equipped kitchen, loads of towels, beach chairs …I could go on and on. “We enjoyed staying on the Gulf. Beach and pool were great. We barbecued on the grill and enjoyed several of the restaurants that were within walking distance. ”

“Our stay was comfortable, and the unit's location right on the gulf was perfect! My kids (ages 9 and 8) enjoyed the beach toys available in the condo, and I appreciated access to the beach chairs and cooler. The building and pool were both quiet. We had a small incident with the kitchen, but the owners were very responsible and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the AC unit and dehumidifier are very loud. Overall, we had a nice long weekend stay. ”

“My mom and I stayed here for 5 days for a little getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Especially for the price! Great views out the back in the breakfast nook, the two full bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice, and we cooked in the full kitchen every day. A 15-minute walk to the beach, or a 4-minute drive with lots of parking options along Treasure Island beach. The location felt very safe and is surrounded by beautiful houses and condos making for some nice walks around the neighborhood. ”

“Check in was good though instructions on key access is via email Vs the VRBO app. They were immediately responsive with any questions we had and a minor a/c issue was addressed immediately. The large deck facing the inter coastal is wonderful. The sun rises from the left and I didn’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy it! (we were on the 6th floor),!! Beach access is literally a 3 minute walk max. 2 of the 4 beach chairs were good, but the other 2 were older and very low to the ground and……
