“The hotel is okay with a modern design, but the room felt old.”

“Everything was excellent, Except they need to be more detailed on cleaning. Example top of the fridge,lamps and kitchen washing(or cleaning) clothes, Need to be cleaned or washed frequently. Other than that the facilities and breakfast were great.”

“We arrived late and with 7 of us. Check in took longer than I have ever had to go through before. Not many options for breakfast. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The stay was just ok.”

“It took 45 min to reach the hotel for airport pick up! Unacceptable!! The elevator didn’t work ! Unacceptable! The card to get in door from pool area didn’t work ! Unacceptable!! The front desk staff was awesome !! They deserve raises to be acceptable for doing jobs over & above the call of duty !! The pool area could use some additional furniture as well ! ”

“The hotel front desk was very nice. Maybe it was because the house was old, the smell of the house was not very good, and the sofa also had an unpleasant smell. The bed was OK, relatively large and clean.”
