“The hotel is perfect, nothing to complaint, inside the train station, extremely good location for tourists taking Renfe. But be frank, I felt being cheated by hotels.com I booked Junior Suit (which is more expensive) because I saw the photos provided by Hotels.com, and I was impressed by the wonderful view. “It was a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I accidentally bent back my finger in the swimming pool and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Also they were really helpful with the language issues as we speak no Spanish (had to rely on Google translate to understand) but they did their very best to help us to understand. ”
