“We didn't get a key to our room we had to ask the front desk to use the universal key every time we went in and out. Our room was very dirty. Stained sheets, dirty floors, holes in the bathroom wall. Lightbulb out in bathroom. Tub was dirty. No garbage can. Ice bucket was dirty and when I went to get ice the ice had black specs in it. The parking lot was not plowed so it was almost impossible to get in and out of. Over all not happy with my stay. Wouldn't book again.”

“The Pring Guesthouse is a warm and welcoming, extremely clean house with lots of fun little extras including a full kitchen, free cereal and treats, a bookcase full of board games, and tv and books for entertainment. There’s lots of fun maps and brochures about the Hamilton area. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and helpful and the hostel is quite charming and affordable. I would stay again.
