“Our stay was wonderful! The people at the front desk and every other worker I saw were amazing and so nice and willing to help you with whatever. The hotel room was extremely clean! “The property is going through a renovation process and the 1st and 3rd floors are complete. I have not stayed on the 2nd so can't comment on its condition. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and obviously great condition. Property is on the edge of town so very quiet.”

“Considering there was a convention going on it was really quiet at night. I enjoy the rooms. The breakfast wasn’t that great and the staff there didn’t even say hello or ask if I wanted water. They were often out of items on the buffet. The gym was dark and musty but I had it all to myself which I enjoyed. I love the River view and the impromptu music in the lounge. ”

“Needed a clean, safe place to stay after going to a concert, before returning to WV. I hate paying a lot for just a place to sleep. None of the issues referenced in other, negative reviews were noticed or found. Everything was clean, solid, and functional. Most important, the AC worked fine. Would recommend it to anyone looking for such standards. The only thing that bothered me was an unexpected additional fee for my 2nd person. I had indicated this when reserving.
