If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. “Our family loved staying here. It was hot in Big Bear during our stay and this cottage was great. The property is well located in a very quiet area. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway.”

“This cabin is really cute. The living room has great seating. I really love the couches. It was plenty of room for two couples to have their own couches. I also love that the couches easily pull out to become a giant lounge. There are plenty of blankets and the heater works great. The Christmas decoration was a nice touch.
