“Worked for our group! This is a big, old house conveniently located walking distance from downtown Mt Shasta. Plenty of space for a large group, and a nice front porch. We were a group of 9: 3 couples, 2 individuals & a baby. Guests should be aware the house is sparsely furnished & pretty rough around the edges structurally. If you are looking for prisitine, this is not the place for you - the place has definitely seen better days & clearly needs some upgrades/TLC. That being said, the house is……

“We really enjoyed the Basecamp Lodge!! It was HUGE and well equipped! Pillows were cozy the rooms at opposite ends allowed for privacy. My wife and I, 4 month old daughter, my mother in law and our two friends (another couple) were so comfortable here. Our only complaint was dirty dishes found in the oven, discovered after I had preheated it. That bummed us out, but otherwise it was lovely and we will be booking here next trip to Mount Shasta!
