“My spouse and I had a great stay in this location for 5 nights. Good location, can walk downtown or to nearby restaurants. Outside of the location especially at night isn’t the most inviting but not bad. During the day it is much more inviting and easy to locate. The accommodation was well equipped and had pretty much everything. That said the fridge is completely bare and there was no cooking oil so be sure to bring condiments/oil if you’ll be cooking. Would definitely stay here again next time……

“Great little property! Internet is challenging but otherwise a lovely location with everything you could need. Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. ”

“Perfect energy and location for a Mt Shasta energy refuel! Healthy food and local shopping walkable. Drive to Mt. Shasta just 20 mins away. This little place has everything you need for a Mt Shasta stay. Jessie is a fantastic Host!”
