“Great little property! Internet is challenging but otherwise a lovely location with everything you could need. Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. ”

“My business partner and I needed a get away to reflect on our first full year in business and prep for 2025. This place was perfect for what we desired: quiet, animals around, hot tub and ease for grilling on a provided camping propane grill in the back area. Just be sure to plan meals for small grill or reheat in a microwave as there’s not a full kitchen, if you’re not wanting to go to MtShasta to eat. It was also close to places for day hikes near the stunning MtShasta. I would go back and……

“The description of the cottage did not do it justice. This was a beautifully appointed/designed home that included all the expected amenities and more. Thoughtful inclusion of creamer for coffee and a great guide included for the area and instructions regarding wi-fi access, etc. The home is very clean and includes good quality towels (not always a given so very appreciated). Everything in Dunsmuir is walkable from this location so it is perfectly situated for exploring this adorable……
