“We've stayed at this property 3 times now and we keep returning because it's perfect for our small family of four. It's within walking distance of downtown restaurants regardless of weather, it's an easy drive up to the ski resort, it has an open floor plan which makes the small footprint feel larger, and we even used the wood burning stove for the first time to help dry gloves (not on, but near). Beds are a bit soft but that's the only quibble. Kids love the big screen TV and always look……

“The house was perfect for our family gathering over Labor Day weekend. There are plenty of separate areas to give everyone space to spread out and not feel so "comfy". The downstairs with pool table and shuffle board provided hours of entertainment. Poker night around the large dining table was a big hit. The kitchen is well stocked and the outside grill was invaluable for preparing home cooked meals. The humongous outside deck with fireplace was the perfect area to relax in the evenings and……

“Perfect place for big group of 16. We have rented this place twice now and have had a great time both stays! Has everything for a big grout of guys or a few families. Everything is just nice enough to not worry about breaking something. Pool is too cold for October though. A heated pool would make the place even better. We will probably be back a some point.”

“If I could give this place a higher rating I would! This place exceeded my expectations of what it would be like. The peace and quiet was exactly what we needed for this get away! Perfect views, comfortable furniture and beds and just the great outdoors all in one! Do not believe the bad reviews left at this place, honestly the people who had a problem with this place are impatient and don’t know how to enjoy themselves. I’ve seen reviews of people complaining about spider webs here and there……

“Great little house for our winter getaway. Beds were a bit firm for me and the wife kids had no problems with them. That was our only gripe and it’s just a personal preference. Didn’t put a damper on our stay though as it was nothing a hot shower in the morning couldn’t take care of. Quaint little house in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Very peaceful location on the Trinity river. The accommodation was very cozy and well suited for all ages including dog friendly. Outdoor BBQ, fire pit, and corn hole games were a plus. Would recommend this place and will likely return for my next fly fishing trip. ”
