“This is a perfectly located property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with space between other homes. The backyard is wonderful and large. And the home is clean and has everything that would be needed. It actually is more spacious than the pictures can show. There’s so much to offer in Mt. Shasta and this property is a nice central location to access nature as well as town.”

“It was a good spot for our 2 grandsons, especially the bumper pool and outdoor swing. My husband and I loved sitting in the backyard in the evening - lawn furniture was nice. It had everything we needed for us, the grandparents and also the parents and kids. Unfortunately the foozball game was not working right but that was the only problem. Beds were comfortable but living room couches were all very low and soft and not that comfortable. We walked the 3 blocks to town every evening for……

“We LOVED this property, the ranch house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Our host Bill was great, he had great suggestions for activities and sight seeing. We enjoyed watching the 2 horses and the cattle meandering in the meadows just outside the ranch house. My wife and I with our 2 beagles spent 5 great days here, much of our time was spent on the ranch hiking and exploring the meadows, creeks, ponds and forests FANTASTIC VIEWS in every direction. “This house was perfect for our three generations, ages 6 months to 72. Kitchen was well-equipped, game room, outdoor toys, zipline over the pond, enormous grassy field, and an outstanding view of Mt Shasta. Easy check in, and minimal check-out requirements. Our only negative is that we didn't book for more days!”
