“We have been coming to Edgewater Beach Resort for 30 years. This place has been around a long time. It is still the same place I remember and we enjoyed it. The condo is right across from the tennis courts so that was a plus. We couldn't figure out how to get the lights on the second night but it was okay- we played the night before. The condo was clean and very well stocked. They had all the utensils and bowls cups etc. we needed. We had a little issue with the bathroom sink but we figured it……

“Our stay at this VRBO had both positives and negatives. On the upside, the property is in a quiet, older neighborhood, making it a peaceful retreat. The owners were responsive and helpful when we reached out, and the home had great amenities that added to our comfort.However, there were some major downsides. Upon arrival, the keypad was dead which made checking in a longer process than necessary. Boring to us that this property was not maintained in a while. The cleanliness was disappointing.……

“The property is even better than it looks in the listing. My family who stayed with us were in awe of the spectacular views and they live in PC. Everything was impeccable. Everything you could want for a perfect stay. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. We loved watching the many pelicans, egrets, seagulls and blue heron not to mention the jumping fish. I know if we go for another stay, we will definitely request The Pearl. “When we arrived the cleaning lady was there. The code to the door did not work. She was very instrumental in getting a new code. It’s a duplex so neighbors can be an issue. First set were awesome, second set (no fault of their own) we could hear doors shutting very late. Needs more seating in the tv room. Only one couch. No broom for sweeping up the sand, had to buy one. Left it there for the next visitors. Bathroom toilet developed a leak from around the base. Leaked into the closet in the……

“We enjoyed our stay and Michael was great to work with. I would say that the description and pictures were accurate but the condo itself was bigger than I thought. Everything was clean but definitely a bit outdated which was fine, would just suggest maybe updating the bathrooms soon. Loved that my kids had their own room and bathroom but for some reason the 2nd room always stayed a bit warm/humid but there were multiple fans in the master closet so we put a couple in there.
