“The property is absolutely beautiful, and the generous windows bring the forest to you. The place was very clean. The kitchen is well-provisioned and we did a lot of cooking with no limitations. He provides filtered water so you don’t need to bring water bottles. Loved that it was dog friendly. We will be back. ”

“Quiet place to relax. The view from the deck is spectacular, the wildlife you see from the deck is stunning. Parking literally 10 feet from the front door makes unloading the car easy. “We rented it for thanksgiving and had a large group, the sleeping arrangements were good. The owner was very good about communication, check-in and other issues. The house is old, but with new kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is urban, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.”

“We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. The property owners addressed it and it didn’t happen again. 2) on day two of a two week stay, we heard a critter(s) in the……

“The title of the listing, "Spacious cozy retreat, off the beaten path close to all Pittsburgh attractions" is a perfect description for this home. The location is super quiet in a good way. No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me. “My mother and I enjoyed our stay at the newly renovated blue house in Coraopolis for Christmas. The location was perfect for us to visit with family on Neville Island. Jon was very responsive to any questions; check-in and check-out was very easy. I loved the cozy living room area; the kitchen was updated with new appliances; also loved the big upstairs bathroom! “We stayed here with a group of 7 while in Pittsburgh to visit family and see a Steelers game. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was a short drive to Strip District, Northside, stadium and lots of cool restaurants in Lawrenceville. ”

“The owner was great with communication when I contacted them on the app. The listing is slightly deceiving, though. It says the house sleeps 12. We had 11 in our party and had to have 3 to a bed/futon in some rooms. I would say it sleeps 9 (and a baby). There were not enough towels for everyone in our party (I think we were provided with 5 total). The owner did respond to my message and said the cleaners locked them in the supply closet, but that was of no help to us. There were no robes or……

“This place was perfect for our extended family gathering over Thanksgiving weekend. We had 12 adults and 7 kids (ages 1 month - 8 years). We had ample sleeping rooms for all of us, and the large dining area easily accommodated our crew. The living room with three large couches (we swiveled one from the fire place room around to the LR) was also a really nice gathering space. We used the game room lots. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared and served a large dinner for the holiday. ”
