No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me. We didn't interact with any of the neighbors though a number of them waved as they drove or walked by. Definitely a welcoming environment. While it is 'off the beaten path' it is……

“This was a perfect location for us with our dogs. We were able to be close to the wedding venue, but also able to explore the two state parks.”

“The rooms are spacious with plenty of room for large groups. This a quiet area in the city. It's really close to the strip and an easy drive to downtown.”

“Driving up, you may not be too impressed with the neighborhood, but man, what an oasis! Beautiful inside and out, amazing views, and Tammy's Place dive bar down the road! What more could you ask for?! Crystal was very responsive and answered our questions before we arrived in a very timely manner. We didn't have any once we were there since everything was clearly explained in the app and the binder at the house. Looking forward to returning!”
